1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the VANIV Studio website, information and support requests, and expressly offered trial access. Separate terms for a purchase, a specific software licence or an individual contract apply in addition where they are expressly agreed in the relevant order or offer process.

3. Use of the website
The website may be used for lawful information purposes. Automated access, security testing, scraping or other technical use is permitted only where it does not impair the website, circumvent safeguards or violate applicable law.
Information about features, prices, availability and technical requirements is non-binding unless expressly confirmed in an individual offer or order process.
4. Trial access
Trial access that is expressly supplied is personal, time-limited and non-transferable. It may be used only for lawful evaluation and production purposes. Approval may depend on technical requirements, capacity and security checks.
Trial access may be suspended in cases of abuse, security risk, infringement of rights or circumvention of technical restrictions. A trial request creates neither a right to approval nor a payment obligation.
5. Responsible AI use
VANIV Studio must not be used for fraud, deception, unlawful impersonation, harassment, disinformation, infringement of personality rights or the creation of otherwise illegal content.
Users are responsible for their inputs, rights in source material, review of generated results and the specific use of those results. AI output can contain errors and must be checked appropriately before publication or business use.
6. Voices, consent and rights
Voices may be cloned, processed or published only where there is a sufficient legal basis and all required consent. This applies especially to third-party voices, client materials, interviews, music, videos, brands and copyright-protected content.
Technical safeguards, consent checks and use restrictions must not be bypassed.
7. Files and local processing
Project files processed exclusively on the user’s device are not transferred to VANIV Studio merely because the software is used locally. Online functions, licence verification, updates, support or user-initiated submissions may require a data connection; details are described in the Privacy Policy.
Rights in users’ own inputs and project data remain with the relevant user. A support request grants only the rights needed to handle that request.
8. Software, components and technical requirements
Use may depend on the operating system, hardware, drivers, models and third-party components. Users must check system compatibility and performance before production use.
Open-source components and models may be subject to their own licence terms. Mandatory statutory rights, including permitted acts for interoperability, remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property and safeguards
VANIV Studio, website content, design, trade marks, software elements and documentation are protected. Copying, distribution, public availability, removal of rights notices or circumvention of technical protection is permitted only where allowed by law or expressly licensed.
10. External services, hardware and affiliate links
References to hardware, third-party software and external services are provided for orientation. Prices, availability, compatibility, warranties and provider terms must be checked independently before a decision. Clearly identified affiliate links may generate a commission without increasing the user’s price.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable website and understandable product information. Maintenance, security measures, technical changes or events outside our control may cause interruptions. Content and functions may be developed further, but existing contracts are not changed unilaterally without a lawful basis.
12. Warranty and liability
Mandatory statutory warranty, consumer and product-liability rights remain fully unaffected. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health also remains unaffected.
Liability for purely informational content, non-binding hardware recommendations and results used without appropriate user review is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice applies only insofar as it does not remove mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. No exclusive jurisdiction is agreed against consumers. For business users, the competent court at the provider’s registered location applies where legally permitted.
14. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for future use of the website. The published version applies. Existing contracts are changed only under the applicable statutory or contractual rules.
